I absolutely love creating sugar scrubs! For me, they are a super simple way to pamper myself with things I already have in my kitchen and the possibilities of what you can make are endless. Here are some of my favorite sugar scrub combos that are perfect for the fall season.
Apple/Cinnamon body scrub
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of apple pie spice
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- ½ cup of Olive oil/Coconut oil
Pumpkin spice body scrub
- 1 cup. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- ½ tsp. Ginger
- ½ cup of Olive oil/ Coconut Oil
Cinnamon/Vanilla body scrub
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. of white sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2- 3 drops of vanilla essential oil
- ½ cup of Olive Oil/Coconut Oil
Instructions
First, decide which one of the scrubs you’d like to make (and if you want to make all of them I won’t judge).
– Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
– Add the oil (and add more if necessary)
– For the cinnamon/vanilla scrub add the vanilla essential oil
-Mix and Enjoy!
